Edge of Tomorrow

Major William Cage is an inexperienced military officer thrown into combat during a devastating alien invasion. After being killed almost immediately, he inexplicably awakens at the beginning of the same day and becomes trapped in a time loop, repeatedly fighting and dying while learning how to change the outcome. He eventually joins forces with elite warrior Rita Vrataski, who understands more about his condition than he initially realizes.
