THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

JJ Abrams delivers an affectionate love letter to 1980s Spielbergian cinema, balancing small-town nostalgia with creature-feature spectacle. The young cast shines with authentic camaraderie, making the emotional stakes hit just as hard as the explosive train derailments. It is a heartwarming, thrilling blockbuster steeped in classic cinematic wonder.
