THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

Offering a lighthearted, irreverent spin on mutant superheroes long before comic book adaptations went dark, Misfits of Science was a quirky precursor to modern team-up shows. Featuring an early starring turn from Courteney Cox, the series favored campy charm and eccentric humor over brooding drama. It remains an enjoyable, short-lived relic of 1980s genre television.
