Heads of State is Ilya Naishuller's action-comedy built on a presidential mismatch: John Cena's U.S. President and Idris Elba's U.K. Prime Minister share a public rivalry that risks their countries' alliance — until a powerful enemy makes both men targets, forcing them into a wild multinational run with a brilliant MI6 agent in tow. The fun is watching the two leads bicker their way through firefights, staged with the punchy physicality Naishuller honed on Hardcore Henry. In Action Legends it's the buddy-movie outlier — Die Hard energy with world leaders at stake.
