THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

Hal Needham's cult classic captures the neon-soaked energy of the 1980s BMX craze with breathtaking stunt work and synth-heavy style. Though thin on plotting, its earnest underdog spirit and infectious soundtrack make it an irreplaceable slice of decade nostalgia. It remains a thrilling time capsule that continues to inspire extreme sports culture.
