THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

This visceral 2005 documentary dismantles quadriplegic stereotypes by revealing the full-throated intensity and fierce rivalries of wheelchair rugby. Driven by unforgettable personalities like Mark Zupan, the film pairs raw athletic aggression with sharp emotional honesty. It is an exhilarating, unsentimental masterpiece of sports documentary filmmaking.
