THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

Tony Curtis steps in as a scheming promoter who drags the famous Little League squad to Tokyo for a televised exhibition game. Lacking the heart and punchy dialogue of the original, the film relies heavily on gimmicks and fish-out-of-water culture clashes. It is a strange, misfired curiosity strictly for franchise completionists.
