THE VERDICT
Synthesized from published reviews
John Landis crafts a razor-sharp comedy about class and greed, pairing Dan Aykroyd's snobbish commodities broker with Eddie Murphy's fast-talking street hustle. The brilliant satirical script and top-tier comedic chemistry elevate a classic Prince and the Pauper premise into eighties gold. It stands as a hilarious and timeless commentary on American capitalism.
