Star Trek: Deep Space Nine — Season 7
September 30, 1998 on Paramount+
The final season brings the Dominion War to its conclusion across an extended multi-episode arc that resolves every major thread -- Sisko's role as the Emissary, Damar's Cardassian rebellion, Dukat's long fall, and the fate of the station and its crew. DS9's finale is the franchise's most ambitious series-ending effort.

THE VERDICT
Synthesized from published reviews
Breaking away from episodic starship exploration, this ground-breaking series tackles serialized politics, moral ambiguity, and the dark reality of interstellar war on a Bajoran space station. Led by Avery Brooks as Commander Sisko, it features the most complex character relationships and long-term storytelling in the entire franchise. It remains the most sophisticated and critically acclaimed chapter of television Star Trek.
