THE VERDICT
Synthesized from published reviews
The longest and most visually ambitious entry in the franchise, and arguably the most complete. The Paris-set finale is an extraordinary technical achievement -- from the overhead tracking shot to the Sacre-Coeur stair sequence, it delivers the kind of sustained action craft few franchises ever reach. The film earns its runtime by keeping the emotional stakes of Wick's exhaustion at the center throughout. A genuinely satisfying conclusion to an arc, whether or not the franchise actually ends here.
