Jurassic World Dominion
June 1, 2022 in theaters
Four years after Isla Nublar was destroyed, dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history's most fearsome creatures.

THE VERDICT
Synthesized from published reviews
The franchise's most ambitious entry in concept and least disciplined in execution. Reuniting the original cast alongside the World leads should have been a meaningful closing chapter; instead the film is overwhelmed by plot mechanics and never finds its emotional center. The dinosaurs feel incidental to a story more interested in a locust conspiracy than in the world-altering premise its predecessor set up. A disappointing close to a saga that earned a better send-off.
