Star Wars: The Clone Wars — Season 6
March 7, 2014 on Disney+
The sixth season, released as The Lost Missions after the show's initial cancellation, follows a clone trooper's discovery of a conspiracy embedded in Order 66, Yoda's vision quest into deeper mysteries of the Force, and the banking clan's fractured neutrality. The season connects several unresolved threads between the series and Revenge of the Sith.

Where this fits in the larger story
The Clone Wars Season 6 sits between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, expanding the conflict that reshapes the Jedi, the Republic, and the galaxy. It connects Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, and the clone army with battles and choices only hinted at in the films. Its placement gives viewers a fuller picture of how wartime pressure changes the people and institutions at the saga's center.
