THE VERDICT

Synthesized from published reviews

Daredevil: Born Again returns Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk to live-action and largely justifies the revival. Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio slot back into their roles without missing a beat, and the show's interest in Fisk's political ambitions gives the season a different texture than the Netflix run — less gritty procedural, more civic thriller. The first half is deliberately paced and tonally assured; the back half rushes its plot mechanics to the finish line. The legal and street-level dynamics that made the original series work are present, and the season ends in a position that suggests the best may still be ahead.
