Loki — Season 2
October 5, 2023 on Disney+
Loki and his TVA allies race to stabilize a fracturing multiverse after the destruction of the Sacred Timeline. Season 2 escalates the stakes of Season 1 and moves the Multiverse Saga's largest structural threat — the collapse of the TVA itself — toward a conclusion with permanent consequences for the MCU.

THE VERDICT
Synthesized from published reviews
Loki Season 2 corrects several of its predecessor's pacing issues and delivers one of the MCU's most emotionally complete conclusions. The time-slipping mechanic is used with genuine craft, Ke Huy Quan's Ouroboros is an immediate fan favorite, and the final episode's resolution — Loki choosing sacrifice over escape — lands with unexpected weight. It's a quieter season in some respects, less interested in spectacle than in the cost of heroism, and that restraint ultimately makes it stronger. The best MCU Disney+ season to date.
