Monarch: Legacy of Monsters sits between the public fallout of Godzilla's arrival and the larger Titan era that follows. It connects family history, Monarch's hidden operations, and the consequences of San Francisco's destruction to the franchise's expanding mythology. Its placement helps viewers see the human cost of living in a world where Titans are no longer rumor, but a force reshaping politics, science, and personal lives.
